The only accessories I choose to use are an acrylic slip mat and a 12 oz. It just makes sense and does not interfere with the sound output. There is one other brand that is comparable but I believe they are made by the same manufacturer in the same assembly facility and they seem to run a few bucks more for essentially the exact same equipment so why pay the extra money for a name? These are simple no frills TTs, fully manual besides the cue lever which I feel is a must have even for those with the steadiest of hands. Everything on the units that I have owned has been very well made for a budget friendly TT, which is more than I can say for the other tables I have owned in this price range. ![]() My hands are not as steady these days so the cue lever is definitely a vinyl saver for me. They have one of the best tone arm bearing systems of this budget range, the motors are stable and quiet, they have adjustable counter weight and anti skate, and a cue lever for raising and lowering the tone arm. Out of the ones I have owned, Teac are the best for my requirements. I've owned several TTs from different brands all in the sub $500 range as my income limits my spending amount to this range. ![]()
